Foreclosures in Town?

Can anyone speak to the issue of foreclosures in Bigfork, Montana? Foreclosures are up around the country due to the sub-prime lending practices. Is there any foreclosure impact on real estate in Bigfork?

Bigfork is more of a second home market and the foreclosure rate here is not as significant as you see in some of the overbuilt markets in California, Arizona, Nevada, Florida, etc. How we are impacted is that many of our buyers are coming from tough markets, and if they need to sell their homes before purchasing a home in Bigfork they may have to wait a while.
